The use of the Smart Trade Software, Inc. software and services are at your own risk. Trading, and leveraged trading, in the Forex market carry inherent financial risks, and while our bot is designed to perform effectively, we do not guarantee profits or the performance of any trades. You acknowledge and accept all financial and market risks associated with using Smart Trade Software, Inc. software and services.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential. Do not share your MT5 credentials with anyone other than for the intended use within our software. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use our software. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of Arbitration Association in Singapore, except where prohibited by law.
